In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to create a new normal cPanel account. To do this, you will need to go to Account Functions -> Create a New Account. On this, the first section will ask you for your Domain, Username, Password and Email.

You then need to select a package. If you already have a package created, just use the one you would like. If not, click the Select Options Manually option to create a new package for this user.

You can also select the 'Save Manual Settings as a Package' box to actually save the package for future use.

After you have chosen your package details, you can then choose the settings for that user. This is where you can select if the user has access to a dedicated IP, SSH access, FrontPage Extentions, CGI Access, the CPanel Theme and the Language.

You now also have the option for if you would like the new user to become a Reseller.

You can also select which DNS Settings you would like to use which include DKIM, SPF and nameserver options

Finally, you can select the mail server options.

Once you have done all of this, you can then click Create to create your new user. You should then be able to log in to that account at http://your.hostname:2083
